Cancellation Policy
There will be a charge of a 30% cancellation fee for all no-shows or cancellations that are not within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. For any future appointments, payment for services will need to be paid in full before scheduling.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients are allowed to reschedule once per deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the original appointment.
LATE POLICY
As a courtesy , we give you a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will be charged a $15 late fee, which will be added to your service. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and services, we have a no refund policy on all services and products. All sales are final.
