This ensures that every client receives care that is intentional, strategic, and effective. Corrective & Virtual Skincare All skincare clients begin with a Virtual Corrective Skin Consultation. During this one-on-one session, we evaluate your skin concerns, review your intake form, photos, history, and current routine to create a customized corrective treatment plan. Corrective skincare requires consistency. Professional home-care products are a critical part of your treatment and are prescribed separately based on your individual needs. Progress is supported through follow-ups, routine adjustments, and — for qualified clients — VIP in-studio treatments to accelerate results. Non-Invasive Body Sculpting Monyáe Beauty Studio offers non-invasive body sculpting treatments designed to help shape, contour, and support body transformation goals without surgery or downtime. For clients who may benefit from additional support, medically supervised weight management may be available as an optional complement to body sculpting services. These programs are physician-directed and offered through a licensed medical provider. Medical weight management is: Optional and not required for body sculpting. Available to qualifying clients only and determining by medical consultation and approval. These services are separate from esthetic services. All medical evaluations, prescriptions, and treatment decisions are managed solely by the supervising medical provider. Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policy: All new skincare clients must begin with a Virtual Corrective Skin Consultation. Consultation fees cover professional assessment, treatment planning, and education and do not include products or treatments. Consultation fees are non-refundable and required to book. Cancellation Policy: A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for: No-shows Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment For future bookings, full payment will be required at the time of scheduling. All deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule one time per booking. Rescheduled appointments must occur within 30 days of the original appointment date. Failure to reschedule within this window will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is provided as a courtesy. After 15 minutes: A $15 late fee will be applied Appointment length may be shortened to respect other scheduled clients Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and may be subject to the cancellation policy. VIP In-Studio Care Policy: VIP in-studio services are available to approved clients only following consultation and compliance with their corrective treatment plan. Monyáe Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if treatment recommendations are not followed. Medical Weight Management Disclaimer: Medically supervised weight management is offered only as an optional support for qualifying body sculpting clients and is provided through a licensed medical provider.
